In this role, you will be working inside a thriving and growing manufacturing facility that designs, tests, produces, and ships Door Closers, Door Controls, and Electromechanical Door Controls used in Hospitals, Schools, Churches, Sports Arenas, Hotels, and large Institutional buildings. Everyone is important to building success.What you will be doing?

• Comply with all plant safety regulations and company policies.
• Work following detailed assembly procedures with defined hand movements outlined by prescribed industrial engineering methods including simple sub-assemblies.
• Use of simple machines such as pneumatic cylinders, pulse guns, pneumatic screwdrivers and hand tools.
• Assemble surface mount closers using both manual and automated processes while meeting production requirements. What we are looking forThe ideal candidate:
  • Must have experience assembling surface mount closers using both manual and automated processes while meeting production requirements.
  • Must have experience and be proficient in hand assembly methods.
  • Must have experience and be able to read blueprints and proficient at using micrometers and calipers
  • Must be a team player in the cell group.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be quality conscious and have a commitment to details.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40lbs Also, we believe the ideal candidate has 3 years or more of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment assembling metal components. You are used to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meeting high production and quality standards.
