Responsibilities:
What You Need To KnowAs an active member of Movements Compliance team, you will play a key role in helping us keep an eye on Movements practices and ensuring the compliance program is executed to perfection. So if you are a team player and enjoy collaborating, you will flourish in this environment.
Communicateslicensingrequirements with prospective new hires and Market Leaders
Liaison with onboarding to obtain NMLS sponsorship and state licensure
Ensures accuracy of new hire NMLS payments to accounting
Communicates with Loan Origination System (LOS) personnel, ensuring MLOs receive access to LOS system
Ensures Loan Officers complete all requirements to confirm their license(s) continue uninterrupted, to include completion of required Continuing Education for renewal
Establishes branch licensing for new branches and add licenses for existing branches through NMLS

Qualifications:

Extremely detail oriented and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Efficiently plan and prioritize work activities
Superior customer service, dependability and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communicator and team-player
Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office software programs, accounting software and industry specific computer software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Even Better
Paralegal experience preferred
Nationwide MortgageLicensingSystem & Registry (NMLS) administration experience preferred
2+ years of mortgage industry experience preferred
