Are you a reliable, hands-on operator with a passion for precision and performance? We're looking for a Converting Operator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our tissue and towel production-keeping safety, quality, and efficiency at the core of everything you do.

What You'll Do:

- Operate and monitor equipment including rewinders, wrappers, packers, and palletizers

- Set up and change over machines, load materials, and replace worn components

- Perform quality checks and preventive maintenance

- Troubleshoot jams and mechanical issues (with support from Maintenance when needed)

- Handle finished products manually or with lifting equipment

- Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards on the production floor


What You Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 3+ years of consistent employment history (preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings)

- Experience in manufacturing is a plus

- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts

- Able to lift 40 lbs regularly and work in a physically demanding, loud, and fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of Siemens HMI or work order systems is a bonus

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (approx. 36-48 hrs/week)
