seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team.THE
ROLEThe Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading
JELD-WEN's efforts to attract and hire talent for our North America
Operations. The role is responsible for full lifecycle Talent
Acquisition including sourcing, screening, and interviewing through
offer process and onboarding. This role will recruit forboth
manufacturing operations and corporatepositions within JELD-WEN's
functions. In addition, this role will be responsible for adhering
to standardized processes, leveraging industry best practices, and
executing our Global Talent Acquisition strategy.As a valued member
of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will
serve as a consultative business partner and have extensive
experience in creative sourcing strategies, strong knowledge and
utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems, a proven track record of
meeting or exceeding metrics and delivering results, and knowledge
of basic HR policies, procedures, & employment policy.Principle
Duties and Responsibilities - Provide dedicated recruiting support
for positions within US manufacturing operations and professional
roles. This will include production hourly recruiting supporting
multiple plant locations. - Work closely with business leaders &
hiring managers to understand their organizational staffing
requirements and develop a creative and effective sourcing and
recruiting strategy - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle,
including requisition management, intake, sourcing and screening,
scheduling interviews, decision/selection, offer, pre-employment
and onboarding - Ensure an excellent hiring manager and candidate
experience - Employ creative sourcing methodologies to identify,
engage, and recruit qualified candidates including market research,
job boards, networking & referrals, & direct sourcing - Effectively
manage 3rd party staffing vendors on a strategic basis, act as
liaison, monitor performance and manage service delivery - Utilize
tools & resources including Applicant Tracking system, HRIS
systems, and sourcing tools to manage the recruiting process, track
hiring activity and ensure compliance - Evaluate and analyze data
and metrics in relation to established Talent Acquisition goals and
Key Performance Indicators to drive recruiting strategy - Manage
activities in accordance with our standardized recruiting processes
and our global strategy - Recommend process improvements, advanced
recruiting approaches, and staffing best practices to increase
efficiency & improve serviceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities - Strong
sourcing, interviewing & recruiting skills with the ability to meet
recruiting goals & metrics - Ability to support high recruiting
volumes - Demonstrated experience utilizing Applicant Tracking
systems & sourcing tools (SAP Success Factors preferred but not
required) - Ability to build partnerships and demonstrate
credibility with both hiring managers & candidates - Ability to
help refine & implement standardized processes & policies with a
continuous improvement mindset - Strong written & verbal
communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail -
Flexibility to manage multiple priorities - Proficient in Microsoft
Office SuiteEducation and Experience - Bachelor's Degree preferred
or combination of education and experience - Minimum 3+years
recruiting experience - Minimum1 year of experience supportinga
Corporate or manufacturing environment preferred - Demonstrated
success managing full life cycle recruiting process including
developing overall recruitment strategy - Experience supporting
