Support cross-functional teams, having a critical role in managing and continuously improving data systems and implementing new systems.RESPONSIBILITIES - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
• Provide timely and accurate information for internal and external reporting
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses of financial reports; cash flow, and business operating results
• Analyze results, looking for trends and variances, which are to be communicated timely to management, and provide financial guidance in addressing them
• Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating plans
• Create models of operations, budget, cash flow, and analysis, all to support short and long term planning
• Evaluate systems for financial and operational reporting
• Improve upon existing and create new financial reporting as needed
• Understand and fulfill financial information needs across all departments of the company
• Create continuous automation of reporting to ensure the most accurate and efficient delivery of information to management
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager---REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION
  • BA in Accounting or Finance; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 5 years, minimum, experience in corporate finance; international business exposure preferred
  • Cost / manufacturing / inventory background a plus
  • Solid experience in budgeting in a growing multi-unit organization
  • Project management in finance and systems arenas
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent database reporting and modeling skills
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft office products
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, highly driven, and a team player
  • Highest standard of accuracy
