• Must be flexible and able to work any shift 1st or 3rd, including some weekends.
• Leads stewardship, quality, and reliability on the shift to ensure metrics are being monitored and addressed
• Identifies emerging risks and enlist necessary resources
• Engages and develop members of the team
• Aligns team with the priorities
• Ensures proper turnover between shifts
• Identifies training gaps and work with Learning Facilitator to close the gap Qualification
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering a plus
    • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (including lead/relief roles) or Engineering degree in lieu of years of experience (development track for engineering degreed individual)
      • Chemical manufacturing experience a plus
        • Ability to build a successful team
        • Ability to build strong relationships
        • Ability to plan and align team
        • Ability to manage conflict
        • Strong Communication and people skills
        • Solid Coaching skills a plus
        • Computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
