Responsibilities:Site Service Manufacturing Expert/Specialist

• Identifies, develops and implements programs to improve stewardship, quality, and reliability and reduce variability
• Provides day-to-day technical support to site service and core team including guidance to team members and leading problem-solving processes such as root cause analysis
• Designs and optimizes production processes, initiates projects, monitors the status of projects and drives them to completion
• Ensures compliance with all PSM and regulatory processes
• Ensures all technical and procedural systems operate properly
• Ensures achievement of the four core principles of Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, and Engagement in implementing process, product, and equipment changesQualifications:HS Diploma or Equivalent is required;Ability to work evenings and weekends based upon operational needs;Minimally 10 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years in chemical manufacturing;Ability to prioritizeComputer skills including Microsoft officeDemonstrated initiativeGood communication skills
