Description:
As IT Associate, you are responsible for but not limited to the
following: Support various PC desktop operating environments,
maintain networking and telecommunications hardware, problem
resolution for the local and wide area networks and end user
support within the Windows environment. Good organizational skills
and time management are vital within this role The IT Associate
will maintain the company's IT network, servers and security
systems, investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting
IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's
IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation
of IT solutions. Training and supporting colleagues on or with
basic IT needs is to be expected; as well as supporting
departments/teams with projects from a technical perspective Expect
to work unusual shift hours occasionally to fix a technical problem
or do a maintenance to the IT systems without disrupting daily
business. Day to day 25% - operation support for existing
infrastructure services and desktop support. 25% - monitor,
support, maintain infrastructure software platforms, including
server operation systems, reporting platforms, Citrix, VPN and
other software systems. 25% - maintain network, servers, security
systems, and collect IT usage stats. 25% - operational,
installation, configuration and upgrade document for communication
systems, hardware, network security, software and other cpu related
systems.

Adhere to project time lines & complete in time --- IT related
certifications will be advantageous o Good Certs in this space: A+,
Net+, Sec+ --- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
