Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Classification: Non-Exempt
Department: Quality Control
Supervisor/Manager: Quality Engineer/Manager

Required Education/Experience _ _ * *
Education: Associate Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or
related discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of Quality/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve targets in areas of cost, production and quality.
Record of continuous improvement through application of world class manufacturing techniques including JIT, teambuilding, and employee involvement.
Skills: Strong managerial, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop skills and manage potential of subordinates.
Excellent math and spatial reasoning skills.
Excellent in Excel and Power Point
