We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Specialty Materials (SM) business unit! This exciting role will primarily focus on the commercial businesses within ATI supporting functionality within Oracle Quote to Cash. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining business requirements, functional design specifications, developing and executing test cases, and solving problems. They will also support continuous improvements across the business, as well as participate in, lead, or author investigations and root cause analysis for issues of non-compliance across cross-functional teams.

Performance Objectives:

• Develop an effective understanding of business objectives, processes, and activities.
  
• Evaluate business process requirements to develop effective solutions.
  
• Assure adherence to all IT controls and maintain alignment with IT strategies.
  
• Plan, design, develop, and deploy efficient information systems in support of core business functions.
  
• Manage application lifecycles, including release planning (enhancement/upgrade), maintenance (bug fix and routine patching) and replacement/decommission.
  
• Design, lead and perform system testing.
  
• Provide application support (level 2 help desk), including problem analysis and resolution.
  
• Maintain application configuration controls.
  
• Support business reporting and business intelligence.
  
• Support data management business initiatives and processes.

  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science and 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
    
    • 
      
    • OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
      
      
      
    • High School Diploma or GED required and 9+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
      
    • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle
      
      • 
        
      • 2+ years of experience including functional expertise with Oracle Order Management Quoting, Booking, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Receivables & Oracle Inventory.
        
        
        
        Experience Alternatives or a plus:
        
        • 
          
        • Knowledge of Oracle Configurator, Oracle APC/PLM or Oracle OPM
