Performs various functions and responsibilities to facilitate the timely replenishment process of supplies to all Departments. Maintain a well-organized stock location for assigned areas. Performs all duties and tasks within the guidelines of policies, procedures and work instructions ensuring quality outputs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently executes the following tasks associated with physical stock replenishment: counting, data entry, sequential and accurate picking, inventory putaway and delivery, first in/first out rotation of stock and expired product removal.
Notifies supervisor and/or Supply Chain Supervisor of critical information pertaining to inventory availability and PAR levels to include: zero stock/backorders, customer requests unfilled, increased or decreased usage, expired product removal, damaged product removal and inventory adjustments.
Performs periodic inventory counting and reconciliation as outlined in policy, procedures and work instructions such as: cycle counting, physical inventory and PAR reconciliations providing. Expected to effectively use multiple inventory systems such as IMMS, Omnicell and Cerner as part of daily tasks to maintain effective inventory and replenishment.
Maintain clean, safe and productive work environment by removing waste generated during task execution, sweeping work areas and aisles, assuring packing materials are safely secured in bins,and understanding general safe work practices and policies. Maintains clean organized customer stocking locations and removes excess, damaged and expired product.
Accurately and consistently maintains stock location through updating product identification visual systems including color coding, bin location labels, barcoding, bin location signage, overflow notations and expiration dates notations. Assures all system data is maintained to reflect product and stock location information. Reviews lost charges report for Omnicell par locations and review with department.
Participates in product conversions and recalls by taking lead in identifying where used locations, setting up new stock locations, identifying incoming new product and assuring necessary steps are followed to smoothly and quickly transition inventory in warehouse and onto PAR replenishment.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience: 1 year of job-related experience required. (Warehouse and/or inventory work, stocking, shipping and receiving.)
