Job Description:
Advantage Solutions is seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor to
join our team, helping to drive sales and enhance the shopping
experience at client retail locations. As a leader in the retail
industry, our company offers tailored sales and marketing solutions
to some of the most well-known consumer goods companies and
retailers across the globe. The ideal candidate will provide
frontline leadership to a team of retail associates and oversee
operations at multiple retail sites, ensuring our representatives
deliver high-quality merchandising and customer service. Manage
daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies
and industry standards Direct and coach retail associates,
fostering a high-performance culture while overseeing staff
scheduling and training Implement and monitor in-store promotions
and merchandising strategies to achieve sales targets Conduct
regular store visits, audits, and reviews to ensure execution of
merchandising standards Build strong relationships with store
management and client representatives to ensure support and
alignment on objectives Report on retail performance metrics,
providing insights and action plans to improve efficiency and
customer satisfaction Manage inventory controls and ensure the
availability of stock Handle customer queries and complaints,
ensuring quick resolution and excellent customer service Leadership
and team management Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic planning and merchandising abilities Problem-solving and
conflict resolution Customer service oriented Proficient in retail
management software and MS Office Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
Retail Management (preferred) Professional training in leadership
and customer service (advantageous)
