Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Broker to join our leadership team. This is a staff position dedicated to supporting the growth and success of our real estate agents.



The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and approachable leader, passionate about mentoring agents, conducting engaging training sessions, and providing expert guidance to help agents increase their sales and elevate their real estate careers.

Responsibilities:
--- Serve as a go-to resource for agents' transactional and compliance-related questions.
--- Provide timely, accurate guidance to help agents navigate contracts, listings, negotiations, and ethical considerations.
--- Maintain a deep understanding of South Carolina real estate laws, brokerage policies, and industry best practices.
--- Design and deliver regular in-house training classes and workshops.
--- Support onboarding and ramp-up for new agents through structured learning and support programs.
--- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with agents to help them set goals, improve performance, and develop business plans.
--- Monitor agent progress and provide personalized strategies to improve productivity, client service, and lead conversion.
--- Partner with the leadership team to create a positive, productive, and collaborative office culture.
--- Participate in company planning meetings and contribute to the development of agent support systems.

Qualifications:
--- Active real estate Broker license in South Carolina.
--- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
--- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and best practices.
--- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
--- Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate a team of agents.
--- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and helping others succeed.
--- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
