Job Description:
What We Need Corpay is seeking a strategic Director of Product
Management to lead key initiatives within our Corpay Cross-Border
line of business. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer
(CPO), you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for
high-impact capabilities while partnering closely with senior
business and executive stakeholders. In this role, you will drive
cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Legal, Compliance,
Treasury, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver scalable,
compliant, and commercially successful products. You will also lead
vendor engagements, guide investment decisions, and ensure product
outcomes are grounded in strong analytical and market insights. As
a people leader, you will coach and develop product managers,
elevate product execution, and represent the product strategy both
internally and externally. This role is ideal for a product leader
with deep payments expertise, strong strategic instincts, and the
ability to influence across a complex, fast-paced organization. How
We Work As the Director of Product Management, you will be expected

Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The
responsibilities of the role will include: Lead the strategic
vision and roadmap for complex product domains, aligning direction
with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Build and present executive-level business cases for new
capabilities, expansions, and major product investments,
influencing C-suite and senior leadership decisions. Act as a
senior product evangelist, communicating strategy, value, and
progress to executive stakeholders, customers, and strategic
partners. Partner with Sales leadership to shape pricing, market
fit, customer positioning, and commercial strategies. Drive
portfolio planning and prioritization, ensuring the highest-impact
features and initiatives receive focus, resources, and clear
milestones. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Legal,
Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing
to deliver products that meet regulatory, technical, and customer
requirements. Lead vendor and partner engagements by assessing
capability fit, negotiating scope and commercials, and securing
executive approvals. Own KPI frameworks and performance measurement
across the product lifecycle, monitoring adoption, customer
experience, operational performance, and financial impact. Conduct
structured market and product discovery to evaluate customer needs,
regulatory constraints, competitive trends, and new opportunities
for innovation. Guide launch strategies in partnership with
Marketing to drive adoption, customer engagement, and commercial
success. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team,
including Lead PMs, Senior PMs, and Product Managers. Strengthen
product execution by fostering clarity, accountability, operational
discipline, and strategic decision-making across the team. Build
team capabilities through ongoing mentorship, development
frameworks, and growth planning. Qualifications & Skills 8 years of
product management experience, including complex or
multi-stakeholder products. 3 years leading and developing product
managers or cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills
with experience presenting to senior and executive leaders. Proven
ability to influence across all levels and drive projects forward.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with clear
decision-making ability. Experience managing multiple engineering
teams and coordinating cross-team work. Expertise in payment types,
payment rails, Cross-Border flows, FX conversion, FX settlement and
virtual account product development Comfortable working under
pressure and meeting deadlines in a target-driven culture.
Experience managing third-party vendors, including scope evaluation
and commercial negotiation. Effective cross-functional collaborator
with teams such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations,
