Job Description:
Lundbeck US, a leader in brain disease therapeutics, seeks a
Multi-Specialty Account Manager to enhance our outreach and market
share in targeted areas. The role demands a proactive approach in
managing relationships with specialty physicians and healthcare
providers to foster demand for our innovative products. By
understanding patient and practitioner needs, you will direct
efforts to increase product awareness and treatment adoption,
ultimately boosting patient outcomes and sales growth. This
position requires strategic thinking, a competitive spirit, and a
deep commitment to improving patients' lives through effective
treatment solutions. Develop and sustain relationships with
specialty physicians and healthcare stakeholders to promote product
lines. Identify and target new opportunities for expanding market
presence and increasing revenue. Execute product educational
programs and presentations to inform and engage healthcare
providers. Develop strategic territory business plans in accordance
with company goals. Monitor competitive activity and market trends,
reporting findings to management. Collaborate with marketing and
product teams to refine messaging and promotional materials. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Proven strategic planning
and analysis capabilities. Ability to understand and convey complex
medical information. Experience with CRM software and data analysis
tools. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license;
Certified Medical Representative (CMR) is a plus.
