Job Description:

seek a proactive and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to
join our Facility Services division. This role is pivotal in
driving sales growth by developing new business relationships and
enhancing our offerings to existing clients. As the face of
UniFirst, you will serve a specific territory, using your expert
knowledge of our products and services to fulfill client needs and
exceed sales targets. If you thrive in dynamic environments and
have a passion for business development, this position will put you
on the forefront of our organizational success. Identify and target
potential new clients within the designated sales territory.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to enhance
client satisfaction and retention. Pitch and close deals on uniform
and facility service programs tailored to the customer’s needs.
Conduct regular client visits and product demonstrations to promote
products and services. Meet and exceed defined sales targets and
performance metrics. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and
forecasts to management. Participate in training and development
sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate
and close deals Ability to effectively manage time and coordinate
multiple tasks Solid problem-solving skills and adaptability
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales training
certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP))
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record as territory
travel is required
