Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a dynamic ISV Partnership Manager to
join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, the ideal
candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining
relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to enhance
our product offerings and drive revenue growth. This position is
pivotal in strategizing and executing partnership agreements,
coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of
these alliances, and ultimately propelling Global Payments Inc. to
new heights in the financial services sector. Identify potential
ISV partners to expand and enhance our software solutions.
Negotiate and secure partnership agreements with ISVs. Collaborate
with product and marketing teams to align ISV solutions with market
needs. Manage the integration of ISV products into our existing
platforms. Conduct regular performance analyses of partnerships,
presenting insights and strategies for improvement. Maintain
ongoing communication with ISVs to ensure alignment and
satisfaction. Attend industry events to network and stay current
with trends and competitor strategies. Strong negotiation and
relationship management skills Excellent communication and
presentation abilities Profound understanding of the financial
services industry and software ecosystems Ability to analyze data
and market trends Proficiency in CRM and partnership management
