Job Description:

opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Facilitate quality
management initiatives and contribute to the formulation and
implementation of quality standards. Play a role in specialized
quality management tasks, including training and technical
assistance for Quality systems and Metrology systems. Provide
support in training and technical guidance on tools, methods, and
measurement technologies related to quality processes. Assist in
managing quality assurance and reporting activities. Contribute to
cost management and the assessment of statistical data to align
with quality objectives. Aid in the development and updating of
documentation and procedures relevant to Metrology. Support the
creation of localized metrology calibration instructions, methods,
and techniques compliant with guidelines set by Schaeffler's
Central Quality-Metrology. Adhere to established work standards,
identify potential areas for quality enhancement, and report any
quality incidents. Collaborate with staff and management, offering
expertise and training on Metrology-related topics. Maintain and
assist with Non-destructive Testing (NDT) activities within the
facility. Support the organization and execution of internal and
external audits as needed. Your Qualifications Required: Graduate
or undergraduate degree in a technical field or relevant Quality
experience with strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and/or
VDA 6.3 Excellent organizational abilities Strong proficiency in
both written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize tasks
effectively and work independently External candidates must have
authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for an
employment visa or sponsorship Preferred: Background in Automotive
Manufacturing or a related field. Familiarity with ERP systems,
with a preference for experience using SAP. Understanding of
Statistical Process Control (SPC) and various quality tools Skilled
in reading and interpreting blueprints, including expertise in
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Our Offering Competitive
