Our Float Pool is an ideal environment for enhancing your skills while making a significant difference across various units. Attractive Compensation with Tiered Differentials: Tier 3 (Med/Surg): $5.00/hr Tier 2 (Stepdown): $7.50/hr Tier 1 (ICU): $10.00/hr Additional Shift Differentials: Evening: $2.75/hr Night: $4.60/hr Weekend: $1.50/hr Sign-On Incentive: Eligible RNs can receive a bonus of up to $10,000 !
