Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,812 to $2,012 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, discharge planning, care coordination, and connect patients and families with community resources. Advocate for patients across medical specialties and support multidisciplinary teams in a hospital setting. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in good standing with the North Carolina licensing board. Minimum two years of supervised clinical experience providing behavioral health services in an acute care, hospital, or trauma center environment. Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and crisis intervention in a medical setting. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation in an electronic health record. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30-16:30. Typical responsibilities: inpatient social work caseload, discharge planning, coordination with community providers, and family support. May be required to float to other facilities within the regional system as needed.
