Job DescriptionAd Agency looking for a ambitious person to join the team as a marketing coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work first hand with the marketing executive, client leadership, agency partners and service providers in support of a comprehensive marketing strategy.   • Engage stores to confirm monthly incentives, facilitate OEM compliant creative, update website creative and traffic offers to appropriate marketing partners
  • Manage Google my Business pages/posts
  • Audit websites to ensure both desktop and mobile applications align to company standards
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaign with our vendor partners.
  • Manage Creative used for multiple channels including websites, social and more.
  • Assist in co-op to insure proper allocations and management of funds.
  • Knowledge of key marketing channels to be able to navigate, troubleshoot and provide recommendations as needed – channels include websites (desktop and mobile), paid search, social media, reputation management, online local listings, display advertising, video advertising, pay-per-lead channels, traditional media and more.
  • Facilitate monthly marketing operations reporting for all locations from vendor partners.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how to navigate dealership and supplier reporting
  • Own administrative support for marketing tools leveraged by our stores and marketing partners – these may include but are not limited to Google Analytics, Google Business Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, CRM and Yext
  • Own administrative support and ongoing maintenance for key brand channels including social channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Support user access for digital marketing partners – these may include but are not limited to AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, CDK, Dealer Inspire, Dealer.com, Edmunds, TrueCar and more
  • Assist in managing monthly/annual budgets
  • Manage monthly advertising budget calendars
  • Assist in pulling monthly reporting from vendor partnersQualifications:
    • Minimum of one to two years of experience in advertising, marketing, retail or ad agency.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and writing skills; detail-oriented
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
    • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
